Attention All Owners - Unreserved Parking is now in effect for Georgetowne House until May 15, 2014. Please observe any signage and a valid Sea Colony ID must be displayed at all times.
Balcony Furniture and Bicycles
It is absolutely imperative to remove your balcony furniture from your balconies and remove your bikes from the bike racks when you leave at the end of the season. Due to sudden severe thunderstorms that "pop up" at the beach, not to mention the hurricane/nor'easter storm season quickly approaching, the maintenance staff will not have time to secure your furniture. If your furniture causes damage to another unit as becoming a projectile you will be held liable for any and all damages. Therefore, we are asking that your furniture be secured in your unit when you are not here at the beach beginning Monday of Labor Day Weekend - September 2, 2013. Thank you for your cooperation.

Oracode Keyless Entry Locks
ResortQuest/Wyndham Vacation Rentals has obtained information from Oracode for a keyless unit entry lock. Click here for information on the lock. Council has approved the installation of this lock and clearly advises that this is an individual owners choice to install. Owner Unit Improvement Change or Modification Application
: In order to protect everyone's unit, the council adopted a procedure for upgrading your unit. Effective January 1, 2009 and revised December 2010, the Contractor Application must be filed with management and approved by the ARC Committee PRIOR to beginning any structural changes and/or upgrades in your unit. |Since January 1, 2010 all owners have been covered on a building wide Preventative Maintenance Contract with Service Today for your HVAC and Hot Water Heaters. If you currently have contracts with other carries, please do not renew as this will be covered in your HOA fees.
